our family has lots of healthy habbies. We used to go for a run in every morning last couple years. but as my study goes harder, we change it to just simply have a walk after dinner. By continou keeping this habbit our family members always having less illness and maintaining a energetic body. another healthy habbiy of my family is the healthy diet and cooking. my mother always prepare dishes that give us sufficcient nutritions and helps us to persue a nutritional balance. also eating without picking preferance and eating on the right time minimise the stomach illness cause by the incorrect food and dining time. in summarise, i believed these habbits will lead my family to a healther future.
